Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- Malaysia: 2–5 business days
- Singapore / Taiwan / Hong Kong: 3–7 business days

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
Olive H is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
In cases of delivery failure due to incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
